At Blimic (https://www.blimic.com), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. 2. Response and Removal Process
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice:
- We will review and verify the claim.
- If the claim appears legitimate, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content within a reasonable time.
- We will notify the user who uploaded the content, allowing them the opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was wrongly removed.
3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing the following:
- Your name, address, email, and a physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court in your district (or where we are located), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
Send your counter-notice to:
📧 Email: blimicnews@gmail.com
📨 Subject: “DMCA Counter Notification – [Content Title]”
If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within 10–14 business days.
4. Repeat Infringers Policy
Blimic maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We also reserve the right to disable accounts or restrict services of users who violate intellectual property rights — even for a first-time violation, if the case is severe.
5. Good Faith and Misuse Warning
Filing false or misleading DMCA notices can lead to legal liability. Only submit claims if you are legally authorized and have a good-faith belief that the material is infringing.
